How to Use:

1. Shake the Bottle: Before using the hemp oil, give the bottle a gentle shake to ensure that the contents are well mixed. This helps to distribute the hemp oil evenly.
2. Squeeze the Bulb: Hold the dropper vertically, with the graduated markings facing upward. Squeeze the rubber bulb at the top of the dropper to draw the hemp oil into the dropper.
3. Fill the Dropper: While still squeezing the bulb, dip the dropper into the hemp oil, allowing the oil to fill the dropper to the desired dosage level. The graduated markings on the dropper will help you measure the amount accurately.
4. Release the Bulb: Once the dropper is filled with the desired amount of hemp oil, release the bulb gently to draw any excess oil back into the bottle. This helps to ensure that you have the correct dosage in the dropper.
5. Administer the Hemp Oil: Place the dropper under your tongue, aiming for the sublingual area. Gently squeeze the bulb to release the hemp oil. Hold the oil under your tongue for about 60-90 seconds before swallowing. This allows for optimal absorption through the sublingual glands.
